Access to safe drinking water is important to us, why?

Diseases from dirty water kill more people every year than all forms of violence, including war. 43% of those deaths are children under five years old. Access to clean water and basic sanitation can save around 16,000 lives every week.

Clean water helps keep kids in school, especially girls. Less time collecting water means more time in class. Clean water and proper toilets at school means teenage girls don’t have to stay home for a week out of every month.

Women Empowerment

Women are responsible for 72% of the water collected in Sub-Saharan Africa.5 When a community gets water, women and girls get their lives back. They start businesses, improve their homes, and take charge of their own futures.

So how does it work?

We use our solar-powered mobile treatment technology in all our franchises, our all systems are monitored remotely with full-time technical support for owners.

We are able to make a profit while keeping the cost of water low due to our distribution model, avoidance of middle-man markups, and our re-fillable bottles. Customers pay a bottle deposit and then exchange an empty bottle for a new, full bottle, similar to how propane gas tanks or glass Coke bottles are exchanged

While drinking water is our immediate focus, our ultimate goal is to launch a network of independent social entrepreneurs who, with high visibility retail storefronts and proven business acumen, are poised to revolutionize the African market and pave the way for developed world resources to become more effectively deployed in emerging markets.
